Were looking for a passionate and experiencedHuman Resources Business Partner (HRBP)to join our team by empowering our leaders and supporting our strategic business objectives.

What Youll Do :

Partners with associates and management and communicate various HR policies procedures and laws

Actively solves complex employee relations and behavior concerns to foster a workplace where employees thrive.

Provides performance management guidance and coaching to all levels of management.

Provides leaders and managers with an HR perspective on business decisions by leveraging a strong knowledge of all HR functions.

Provides expertise with Employee Engagement and Retention initiatives and analyzes trends as an active participant with solutions and insight to improve metrics.

Engages with our Benefits Compensation Talent Acquisition Credentialing Legal HRIS and other People departments to gain information and resolve associate issues.

Who we are looking for :

An HR professional with 5-7 years of experience of well-rounded HR Business Partner skillset.

Experience supporting a larger organization (multi-state and healthcare a plus but not required).

Extensive employee relations experience and work experience in fast paced environment.

A problem solver who blends analytical insight with a people-first approach.

Desire to work in a healthcare setting and the passion to learn.

Confident coach and advisor that is ready to partner with leaders at all levels.

Certified or experienced in HR best practices (PHR SPHR SHRM-CP / SCP preferred).
