About Us :

Peak Sports MGMT is a leading third-party multimedia rights organization specializing in partnering with college athletic departments to optimize their corporate partnerships and ticket sales. In collaboration with multiple college athletic departments across the country, Peak Sports MGMT is tasked with overseeing and generating all of the corporate partnerships and ticket revenue as the multimedia rights holder of said Athletic Departments. We excel in maximizing brand exposure, revenue generation, and partnership fulfillment for our clients, helping them achieve their financial and strategic advertising objectives.

Peak Events LLC, is an event management company and sister company of Peak Sports MGMT that specializes in NCAA Division 1 collegiate sporting events based in Allen, Texas. Peak Events received its start in 2017 with the implementation of an NCAA Division I baseball tournament called the Frisco College Baseball Classic, at Riders Field in Frisco, Texas. The company expanded with a second tournament in 2020 : the Round Rock Classic located at Dell Diamond in Round Rock, Texas. It expanded even further in 2024 with two more tournaments, the Jax Classic (VyStar Ballpark, Jacksonville, FL) and the Las Vegas Classic (Las Vegas Ballpark in Las Vegas, NV). Peak Events LLC is a sister company of Peak Sports MGMT, who manages sponsorship sales and multi-media rights for various collegiate properties around the country.

Position Overview :

The Executive Assistant (EA) to the President at Peak Sports MGMT serves as a strategic partner and key operational support to the President and executive team. This role is critical to ensuring efficiency in communication, coordination, and execution of the President's day-to-day and long-term responsibilities.

Given the complexity and national scope of Peak Sports MGMT, the ideal candidate must operate with exceptional professionalism, discretion, and initiative while managing highly confidential matters and a fast-paced workload.

Key Responsibilities :

Executive Support

  • Manage and prioritize the President's calendar, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare daily briefings, meeting agendas, presentation decks, and notes.
  • Track and manage ongoing projects, key deliverables, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate complex travel logistics including flights, hotels, transportation, and expense reports.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage internal and external communications, including emails, letters, and reports.
  • Serve as the gatekeeper and liaison between the President and internal / external stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate a range of events, managing RSVPs, logistics, catering, and entertainment.
  • Support occasional personal / family matters and events as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams while maintaining the ability to work independently.

Strategic Operations

  • Monitor the progress of organizational initiatives and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Attend high-level meetings, record minutes, and drive follow-up on action items.
  • Manage and support special projects from inception through execution.
  • Communication Management

  • Facilitate consistent internal communication on behalf of the President.
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • Manage information flow to ensure alignment across departments.
  • Professionalism & Judgment

  • Represent the President with integrity, diplomacy, and a service-minded attitude.
  • Handle inquiries and communications professionally and determine the appropriate level of access.
  • Exercise sound judgment in prioritizing needs, especially in high-pressure situations.

  • Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting executive-level leadership, preferably within multi-regional or fast-paced organizations.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar).

  • Comfortable with virtual meeting platforms and digital task / project management tools.
  • Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization : Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Discretion : Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
