About the Team

Our Finance team ensure we are accountable and on track to company strategies. Their responsibilities include forecasting, in-season management, and analysis across business units. From sales and margin to operations and expenses, our Finance team provides consistent, accurate information to cross-functional partners to support PetSmart's growth initiatives.

The Role : As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be integral to our financial strategy and planning, helping to shape the future of our business. Youll partner with key departments, lead critical financial processes, and provide actionable insights that drive our success. Your expertise will influence major enterprise projects and strategic decisions, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.

What Youll Do :

Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis :

• Develop and refine financial models and forecasts to guide strategic decisions and enhance business performance.
• Lead the annual planning and monthly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Conduct comprehensive variance and trend analyses, identifying risks and opportunities to drive financial strategies.
