Established practice is seeking a BE / BC Urologist to join their team.

• This is the only Urology group supporting the 400,000-person service area for this health system
• Group has 3 MD s and 1 APP (working to add another APP)
• Ambulatory Surgery Center in the same building as office space
• Group started in mid 1970 s
• 1 : 4 call
• Will perform surgery in 3 area locations
• Full benefits and malpractice
• EPIC EMR systemwide

• $600K salary + full benefits
• $14K moving allowance
