Job description

Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation Services

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance daily living and work skills.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment goals and progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.

Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Nebraska state licensure.
  • Preferred experience in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
