A growing behavioral health organization invites a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our team focused on specialized adolescent psychiatric care (ages 12–18). This top-priority opening in Hillsborough and Wake Forest, NC , offers a structured, supportive environment where your clinical leadership is highly valued.

We are looking for a PA who is passionate about empowering teens navigating behavioral health challenges. You will work within our structured Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs, emphasizing holistic, evidence-based treatment over high-volume medication management. Your Impact :

The Must-Haves (New Grads Encouraged) :

You hold an active Physician Assistant license in North Carolina and are comfortable in a family-focused, team-based clinical setting. Experience working with adolescent psychiatric populations (ages 12–18) is strongly preferred.
