Job description

Mission Statement :

Provide excellent first-level support for network and voice issues, ensuring seamless communication and connectivity for all users.

Day to Day :

  • Respond to and troubleshoot new phone and network issues.
  • Check out and update access switches as needed.
  • Troubleshoot new network equipment and cabling.
  • Assist with configuring V-Lans.
  • Install new phones and resolve voice-related issues.

Must have :

  • 1-3 years of experience in first-level network and voice troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with basic command-line network tools (ping, tracert, ipconfig, nslookup).
  • Experience installing and troubleshooting Cisco IP phones and basic voice issues.
  • Solid knowledge of network cabling, including use of common cabling tools.
  • Familiarity with basic Cisco IOS CLI commands for status checks.
