Key Responsibilities :

Tableau Development :

Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.

Data Preparation & Modeling :

Preparing data for analysis in Tableau, including data cleaning, transformation, and modeling within Tableau Desktop.

Data Source Integration :

Establishing and managing connections to various data sources, such as databases, cloud storage, and other systems, ensuring efficient data flow.

Performance Optimization :

Optimizing Tableau workbooks and data extracts for performance and scalability.

User Support and Training :

Providing support to users on how to effectively use Tableau dashboards and visualizations, and potentially conducting training sessions.

Collaboration :

Working closely with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver effective data solutions.

Documentation :

Creating and maintaining documentation for Tableau workbooks, data sources, and best practices.

Staying Updated :

Keeping up-to-date with the latest Tableau features, best practices, and industry trends.
