What You'll Do :

Lead and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership returns (1040, 1120S, 1065, etc.)

Manage client relationships with a consultative mindset — we’re not here to just “file returns”

Mentor and supervise a small but mighty team of accountants and staff

Translate the tax code into plain English for franchise owners and business operators

Spot tax planning opportunities and help clients take action year-round, not just at tax time

Collaborate with leadership to shape processes, tools, and team culture

What We're Looking For :

Active CPA or EA license

5+ years in public accounting with a strong focus on small business taxation

Confident managing multiple client relationships and competing priorities

Clear communicator and teacher — you enjoy breaking down complex tax concepts

Bonus if you know your way around S corps, the Augusta Rule, Accountable Plans, and franchisee-specific deductions
