Additional Information :

All previous perm employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. All Swedish facilities honor active compact license.

2 YR EXP Inpatient Case Management

Unit Accepts 1st Time Traveler w / Inpatient Acute Care Exp

FLOAT : REQUIRED (possibly, off campus if census low to Issaquah, FH, Ballard, and Edmonds)

WEEKEND COVERAGE REQUIRED

Avg Daily Census : 165

Patient Ratio Experience Required : 1 : 18-25

Staffing Rations : 1 : 20 (Days), 1 : 50 (Weekends)
