Job Description : Quality Document Control Specialist
Job Summary & General Duties :
- Collect and review production records, packing records, quality inspection and release records, testing records, and related documentation for each production lot.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, properly filed, accessible, and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Manage document revisions by updating Quality SOPs, work instructions (WIs), and forms as needed.
- Coordinate with department heads and stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and signatures for new and revised documents.
- Create and maintain a document tracking system to ensure all documents are current and compliant.
- Manage and track employee training records, focusing on production, quality, and warehouse teams.
- Assist in preparation of internal and external audits by ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Work closely with production, quality and other departments to identify areas where documentation updates are needed.
- Ensure timely distribution of updated documents to relevant teams.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive change control system for specifications, formulas and labels.
