Job descriptionPerform both routine and complex Blood Bank testing procedures per departmental SOPs Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments to ensure accurate results Prepare, evaluate, and test reagents and controls in accordance with laboratory standards Evaluate specimen acceptability and ensure timely reporting of test results Conduct quality control procedures and preventive maintenance on instruments Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards Support fast-paced clinical operations with a focus on precision and efficiency Participate in occasional weekend coverage as part of rotating schedule Work Schedule : Monday – Friday, 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM Collaborate effectively with laboratory and clinical teams to support patient care delivery

Must Have Skills :
- Associate's degree in Chemical or Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology (must meet CLIA & State requirements)
- Previous clinical laboratory testing experience highly preferred
- ASCP or AMT certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-volume lab setting
- Must be able to pass a standardized color vision screen
