Job descriptionMaster s degree or higher in nursing from an accredited program. Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start. 2-3 years of ARNP experience in primary care is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will place a priority on improving lives through compassionate and innovative healthcare and focus on building lasting relationships with their patients as well as strong ties within the community. Salary Range : $130,037 - $150,778 DOE Employment bonus, relocation reimbursement & CME allowance. Malpractice insurance, including tail insurance, is fully covered! Summary
Skagit Regional Health has a new opening for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing primary care clinic in Mount Vernon. Highlights
- Work with a cohesive team of 14 new and experienced physicians and APPs at our newer clinic that opened in January 2023 in Mount Vernon, Washington. Our new building has a lab and imaging department located on site.
- The provider in this new position will focus on seeing same-day patients to ensure access for our established patients at this location, back-up providers in the clinic during slow times including task management, refills and other clinical support needs.
- Schedule will be Monday-Friday, outpatient only with no call or weekends.
- Skagit Regional Health offers a 12 week mentorship program for new grad APPs or those new to the specialty to ensure smooth transition and successful start to practice!
- This is a hospital-employed position with access to a large, existing in house specialty care referral base.
- Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization with newly implemented ambient AI technology (Abridge) available!
