About Us :

Student Watchers provides safe, reliable travel chaperone services for student groups nationwide. Were seeking a highly organized Operations Specialistto join our seasonal operations team. This independent contractor role supports our mission by ensuring quality assurance, compliance, and effective communication across our Night Chaperone program.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing communication to the appropriate departments.
• Oversee compliance with Night Chaperone App installation and usage requirements.
• Track and enforce the timely submission of agent log sheets and performance documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule nightly quality assurance checks with Night Chaperone Supervisors.
• Manage nightly dispatcher logs, ensuring accurate compilation and daily distribution of information.
• Oversee client feedback surveys, investigate issues, and collaborate with HR and scheduling to resolve concerns.
• Compile positive feedback for employee recognition and incentive programs.
• Support the Client Support Officer with client inquiries and reporting.
• Develop and manage employee engagement and incentive initiatives.
