Position Overview :

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the completion of commercial projects, working with all project stakeholders from owners to architects to subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of commercial construction experience managing their projects from design through closeout.

As a project manager, you’ll have the opportunity to :

• Provide leadership and foster positive project morale.
• Collaborate with the Bid and Estimating teams before construction commences.
• Work closely with the office team and Assistant Project Manager(s) to provide subcontractor information.
• Manage the development of on-site procedures.
• Develop, refine, and oversee the Project Schedule.
• Plan and review the Construction Program, including quality control procedures, safety measures, field office setup, temporary utilities, staging areas, equipment, and manpower.
• Maintain effective communication with clients.
• Prepare, communicate, and submit legal documents to relevant authorities, such as building departments and inspectors.
