Senior Electrical Project Manager

Position Overview :
The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will manage budgets, schedules, and field operations while serving as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
This is a leadership role suited for a proven project manager looking to take ownership of complex, high-value electrical projects within a stable and growing firm.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead all phases of assigned electrical projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, change orders, and cost tracking.
- Coordinate with field superintendents, foremen, and engineering teams.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, design teams, and inspectors.
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee subcontractor and supplier performance.
- Lead project meetings, progress reporting, and risk management.
- Ensure all work adheres to company safety policies and quality standards.
- Support business development and assist in estimating and proposal efforts as needed.
Qualifications :
8+ years of experience managing commercial electrical construction projects.Proven background in projects ranging from $5M–$100M+Strong understanding of NEC, electrical systems design, and installation practices.Experience with Accubid, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar project management software.Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).Florida Electrical Contractor license or journeyman background a plus.Compensation & Benefits :
