ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The Executive Assistant to the Lead Pastor provides high-level administrative organizational and relational support to ensure the Lead Pastor can focus on leading the church effectively. This role requires exceptional communication skills emotional intelligence discretion and the ability to manage complex schedules travel and confidential matters. The assistant serves as a key liaison between the Lead Pastor and internal / external people representing the Pastor with professionalism and grace. Key responsibilities include :
