Job Requirements

Education Requirements : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Certifications Requirements : State PT license, CPR certification, BLS certification
Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
Other Requirements : Ability to work weekend shifts if necessary, strong communication skills, ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Job Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic conditions, developing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Assess patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies in collaboration with the healthcare team to meet patient goals.

Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately within the EMR system.

Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintain compliance with facility policies, state licensing requirements, and safety protocols throughout all patient interactions.
