About the Role
Good Times Restaurants Inc. is seeking an experienced, strategic, and creative Senior Director of Marketing to lead all marketing efforts for two beloved brands : Good Times Drive Thru and Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar . This role offers the opportunity to drive growth and guest engagement through brand strategy, campaign leadership, digital innovation, and menu R&D collaboration.
This is a high-impact position for a marketing leader who is equal parts visionary and operator—with a love for bold ideas, high standards, and a passion for the guest experience.
What You’ll Do
Brand Strategy & Campaign Leadership
- Own and evolve brand positioning for each concept.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns, LTO promotions, and loyalty program strategy.
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing calendars with clear KPIs and ROI tracking.
- Manage visual brand standards and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Digital & Social Media
Develop and execute digital strategy across websites, email, paid media, and loyalty.Oversee social content creation, calendars, and community engagement.Monitor reputation platforms (Google, Yelp, etc.) and ensure timely guest response.Innovation & Menu Development
Collaborate with Culinary, Operations, and Beverage teams on R&D process.Analyze trends and guest data to guide new product testing and rollouts.Manage budgets and performance reporting for all innovation efforts.Team Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor a team of Brand Managers, Digital Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer, and Beverage Director.Shape team structure, recruit talent, and create development plans.Guide workflow processes, project management, and agency relationships.Executive & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Represent Marketing on the Senior Leadership Team and in board presentations.Align closely with Culinary, Operations, Finance, and HR on cross-brand initiatives.Lead crisis communications and protect brand reputation.What You Bring
8+ years in multi-unit restaurant or hospitality marketing, including leadership experience.Strong brand-building skills across digital, social, and traditional media.Experience in campaign strategy, product innovation, and team management.Excellent communication, project management, and analytical abilities.A collaborative, creative spirit with a bias for action and a guest-first mindset.Why Join Us
