Radiology Technologist Job Details

Location : Morristown, New Jersey (Zip : 07960) – New Jersey healthcare jobs

Assignment Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 01 / 05 / 2026 – End : 04 / 04 / 2026)

Schedule : Monday to Friday, day shift (start times between 7 : 30 AM and 9 : 30 AM)

Shift Duration : 8-hour shifts

Hours per Week : 40 guaranteed

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1920–$2060

Setting : Hospital Radiology Department

Floating : Required to float to other radiology sites as needed

Radiology Technologist Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist

Active NJ State Radiologic Technologist License

ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification

BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification

Graduate of an Accredited Radiography Program

Strong clinical skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Flexibility to float to multiple radiology sites as needed

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic imaging and radiologic procedures in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines

Operate, set up, and troubleshoot a variety of imaging equipment

Maintain radiology equipment and ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures

Monitor and coordinate daily imaging schedules and procedure revisions as needed

Provide compassionate clinical support to patients throughout the imaging process

Float to other hospital radiology departments or sites as required
