Job Title : Contract Writer
Location : Boca Raton, FL
Pay Rate Range : $40.00 - $53.00 an hour (+benefits)
Work Mode : onsite
Interview Mode : Video (must be on-camera), onsite for 2nd round for all local candidates (highly preferred)
Contract Length : 1 year to start, extensions expected
Position Summary : The Contract Writer is responsible for drafting and reviewing documentation related to procurement activities, including but not limited to :
- Purchase Orders
- Service Agreements
- Vendor Contracts
- Modifications and Amendments

Key responsibilities include :
Creating contract documentation that covers : Scope of services, Performance requirements, Terms and conditionsDeveloping language that clearly defines : Delivery, Service, QualityPricing for procured services / productsEnsuring clear, consistent language across all documentsCoordinating with business units and stakeholders to meet departmental requirements and protocolsMaintaining an internal documentation libraryProviding / coordinating special documentation services as neededOverseeing special projectsRequired Skills :
Strong organizational and project management abilitiesExcellent writing and editing skillsEducation :
Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Technical Writing, Business Administration, or related field OR equivalent work experienceExperience :
Minimum 3 years of business or technical writing experienceWorking knowledge of procurement processes and documentationComplexity :
Intermediate professional level roleWorks on several moderately to highly complex document management projectsMay provide coaching to junior staff
