Marketing Manager Health Systems & Hospital Pharmacy
Marketing is responsible for assessing customer needs, market conditions, and competition to inform business strategy. Marketing implements the strategy through developing, commercializing, and monitoring the appropriate products and services. Product & Solutions Marketing is responsible for defining the product / service and market strategy and life cycle management including customer need identification, market research, product or service offering, pricing, positioning, promotion, branding, and distribution to drive customer loyalty, sales growth, and improved profitability.

Position Overview
The Pharmacy Marketing team is responsible for the strategic positioning and marketing of the core pharmaceutical distribution for the various classes-of-trade in the Pharmaceutical & Specialty Solutions division. Team members develop and execute go-to-market positioning, strategic marketing plans, and tactical programs to meet business objectives. The Manager, Marketing Health Systems & Hospital Pharmacy is responsible for the seamless integration and execution of major marketing campaigns to support our brand, enhance customer experience with value-added solutions, and grow our distribution market share within the acute classes-of-trade. This includes implementation of value proposition and core messaging to build awareness and thought leadership. This role will lead execution of omni-channel marketing strategies, elevating brand awareness and improving engagement to increase ROI and sales. This role is also accountable for supporting the execution of key brand and experience initiatives like in-person events and meetings. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Health Systems & Hospital Pharmacy to build strong relationships across the organization to reinforce the value of marketing as a strategic partner and to ensure the marketing needs of the business are being met. This role will work closely with a cross-functional team including Sales, Product & Solution Owners, Solution Operations, Market Intelligence and Analytics, Communications, Legal, Compliance, Digital & Social Media teams, and others. This position is accountable for marketing execution of tactical efforts including advertising, content development, social media, brand-building, and other communication efforts with current and prospective customers.

Qualifications
4-8 years of experience preferred, BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field strongly preferred. Advance Degree preferred. Healthcare services and solution marketing, advertising agency, and / or product management experience, preferred. An innovative, self-starter who sees 'ambiguity' as an opportunity as opposed to a hurdle and thrives on challenging yourself to push beyond conventional thinking. Comfortable in fast-paced environments, is flexible and able to adapt to changing scenarios, rolls up their sleeves and gets the job done while maintaining a strong level of attention to detail. A results-driven marketer passionate about demonstrating value to your stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented, highly organized with exceptional project management skills. Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets. Ability to work well independently and lead a team of stakeholders, including across multiple internal teams and geographies. Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization. Hybrid work, ability to be on-site on average 3 days a week, preferred. Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.

Anticipated salary range :
$80,900 - $115,500
