Our Clients

The Role

Specific job duties may include :

• Operations - Manage the office schedule and uphold positive relations with clients.
• Operations - Connect with new clients and evaluate if we are a good match.
• Operations - Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
• Operations - Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, design, implement and maintain systems.
• Operations - Create standardized forms and processes to ensure the firm is efficient.
• Client Support - Provide support, preparation and documentation for various client projects.
• Human Resources - Assist with day-to-day HR duties.
• Office Management - Provide office support such as answering phones, sorting, and distributing mail, and preparing documents.
• Office Management - Provide administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, conducting research, and creating reports.
• Office Management - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
