Your Role :

  • Enhance daily operations to support efficient patient flow, schedule optimization, and collections success
  • Coach and develop teams to achieve high morale, accountability, and a positive patient experience
  • Use data to lead-review KPIs, track goals, and collaborate with leadership to ensure operational excellence
  • Promote a healthy culture where people feel heard, supported, and empowered
  • Drive production growth by aligning systems, communication, and scheduling best practices

Requirements

What You Bring :

  • 3+ years of dental or healthcare management experience (multi-site preferred)
  • Leadership experience focused on team development and patient-first service
  • Confidence with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.)
  • Strategic thinking and operational excellence mindset
  • Calm, consistent, and clear communicator who inspires performance and trust
