Experience in training and / or adult learning programs Nurturing an
inclusive learning environment Encouraging and engaging coaching
skills Data analysis and reporting skills Customer and employee
focused mindset Working knowledge of database applications such as
MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Oracle, Kronos, Tandberg or
ability to learn technology quickly Call center experience Have an
active Resident State Insurance License or the ability to
successfully complete the college of insurance program and obtain a
