The Office of Facilities Management at Siena College is accepting applications for the full-time position of Janitor. The Janitor position will be responsible to perform routine manual work in cleaning and maintaining a stock of supplies in the building, as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Additional responsibilities will be to police the outside of the building, shovel snow and sweep entrances and outside patios, decks, and doormats, change and clean outside trash receptacles, water flowers, and perform minor repairs.

Available shifts are Monday - Friday 5 : 30 a.m - 1 : 45 p.m, some weekends are required. or Monday - Friday 4 : 00 p.m. - 12 : 00 a.m.

Salary : $16.00 / hour - 40 hours per week

Requirements :

This position requires long periods of standing, climbing, bending, stooping, moving of furniture, walking, and lifting of objects weighing up to fifty pounds.

A background screening will be required.
