Strong clinical judgment and ability to recognize and report changes in patient condition

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

PCU Nurse Responsibilities

Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and their families

Maintain accurate and complete medical records
