Job Title : Pharmacy Technician II

Contract Duration : 04 months

Pay rate : $22.47 / hr. on w2 without benefits

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 9 : 30AM-6PM

Location : San Francisco, CA 94114

CA state pharmacy technician licensure is required. The national certificate, PTCB preferred but not required certificate.

Position Summary :

s a Pharmacy Technician in a growing segment of healthcare, specialty pharmacy, you will work with specialized and complex therapies that are delivered to patients. Key responsibilities

• Communication with patients, prescribers, and colleagues. Frequent phone conversations, emails, faxes. Fulfillment of prescriptions, packaging medications for shipment, processing copays, researching financial assistance.
• Complete order entry and refills under the supervision of the pharmacist.
• Inventory management and storage, complete appropriate documentation, such as labels, log sheets and reports.
• Participate in on call rotation as indicated by staffing and business needs.

Per manager : just CA state pharmacy technician licensure is required. The national certificate, PTCB can be left as a preferred but not required certificate. .

Education :

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
