An immediate and exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and dynamic Executive Director at Modena Reserve at Bethesda, a 102 unit, established provider of Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care in Bethesda, MD.

Reporting directly to corporate leadership, the selected candidate will be responsible for the overall management, performance, and success of the community. Leading a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service, care, and hospitality to our residents and their families. The Executive Director will oversee all day-to-day operations, financial performance, resident satisfaction, team engagement, and regulatory compliance, while fostering a culture grounded in excellence and accountability.

Modena Reserve at Bethesda is owned by Focus Healthcare and operated by Solera Senior Living. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly impressive and well-respected operator with an engaged and supportive owner group.
