About The Position

We are seeking a  Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to serve patients in Mobile, Alabama — where you'll experience strong support, reduced panel sizes, and a rewarding practice environment centered on patient outcomes.

Position Highlights

Outpatient only – no hospital rounding

Smaller patient panels = More time per patient

Advanced Practice Providers

Pharmacists

Behavioral Health

Quality-based coders

Care Coordinators & more

Minimal call requirements

Daily team huddles & interdisciplinary collaboration

Documentation support from quality coders

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care aligned with value-based care standards

Participate in daily team huddles and contribute clinical leadership

Collaborate on care plans, referrals, and care transitions (SNFs, DME, Home Health)

Complete documentation in a timely manner using EMR

Support continuous quality improvement and patient satisfaction

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited institution

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics

Active / unrestricted AL medical license (or ability to obtain)

DEA license, Medicare & Medicaid provider numbers

Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to team-based care

Familiarity with EMR systems and basic computer skills

Willingness to adapt to a value-based care model

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Medicare Advantage and risk-based models

Knowledge of HEDIS, STARS, CAHPS, HOS

Background working in underserved or culturally diverse communities

Experience with electronic health records
