Responsibilities
- Ability to follow all SAFETY procedures, rules, and regulations while performing all work.
- Installation of various-sized electrical conduit, below ground and above, including cable trays. Proper wire sizing and installation.
- Basic understanding of installation and troubleshooting electrical equipment, including but not limited to lighting, motors, motor circuits, motor contactors, electrical breakers, and transformers.
- Basic ability to read and understand electrical drawings, instrument loop diagrams, and P&IDs.
- Understanding how to safely work with multiple voltages, including but not limited to 24Vdc, 120 / 240Vac, 208Vac, 480Vac, single phase as well as 3-phase.
- Proper installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various instruments, including but not limited to transmitters measuring pressure, flow, temperature, current, and level.
- Proper installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various analyzers, including turbidity and pH.
- Understand basic PLC programming used for troubleshooting control schemes throughout the facility.
Education Requirements
