TRAFIK, Inc. is hiring : Color Producer in Los Angeles

We are currently looking for Color Producer to join our team. The pay range for this exempt position is : $80,000 - $100,000 per year, which is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and pursuant to the California Pay Transparency Law.

Responsibilities

Management of color projects, which will include multiple projects at any given time.

Budget, track actuals and close out projects for clients (collection of PO’s, invoices, etc).

Schedule color projects (client communication, talent communication, and data entry / actualization in Ceta).

Work with Color Assistants & Colorists on all communication for session preparation.

Work with VFX & Finishing team on color workflows for all projects.

Create and send WIP postings and delivery packages for clients.

Build, maintain and grow relationships with clients.

Build strong and lasting relationships with Colorists.

Qualifications

3-5 years of Production experience in Advertising and / or Long Form.

Knowledge of post-production process and workflows required (Color, VFX, Finish, etc).

Measured in time-sensitive situations.

Proactive and solution orientated.

Experience with talent management.

Superior client and inter-personal communication skills.

Existing client relationships a plus.

Culturally driven.
