What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate procurement activities across multiple real estate development projects, from pre-construction through final delivery
• Manage vendor relationships and sourcing strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of FF&E, OS&E, and building materials
• Track procurement timelines and budgets, maintaining detailed records and reporting project status to internal teams
• Collaborate with design, construction, and development teams to align purchasing decisions with project goals and specifications
• Assist with bid processes, contract negotiations, purchase orders, and invoicing to support seamless project execution
