A company is looking for an Account Executive to join their sales contact center. Key Responsibilities Convert inbound inquiries into bookings and conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads Qualify leads and design customized itineraries based on customer preferences and budgets Consistently meet sales targets and foster strong relationships with customers and travel advisors Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service contact center, preferably in travel or hospitality Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Travel is a plus
