Job Description

• Assist in the preparation and management of project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Review and process project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Support the development and maintenance of strong client relationships.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues proactively.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide technical support to resolve construction-related challenges.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Engineer - Multifamily should have :

• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience or knowledge in multifamily construction projects.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with construction software and project management tools.
