New Jersey Licensed Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to manage loan documentation and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities :

Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, financial information, and assets

Assemble and submit complete loan packages to underwriting, ensuring compliance with regulations

Manage a pipeline of loans and communicate with various parties to facilitate loan approval

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

5+ years of experience in a processing role

Experience with processing in New Jersey and New York

Experience with Encompass and knowledge of mortgage-related regulations

Familiarity with Agency, Government, Non-QM, and Brokered loans
