Construction Administrator

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Administrator with sharp problem-solving skills, strong technical instincts, and a team-first mindset. In this role, you’ll work closely with a collaborative design team and act as a critical liaison between designers, consultants, contractors, and clients throughout the construction process.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the construction administration process from pre-construction through close-out
• Review submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and assist with drawing revisions
• Coordinate with engineering consultants and internal design teams
• Observe construction progress, perform site visits, and prepare field reports
• Evaluate construction budgets and progress for alignment with expectations
• Process applications for payment and maintain Submittal and RFI logs
• Participate in quality control reviews and mentor junior staff
• Lead group jobsite visits and foster team-oriented communication between field and office
