Corporate / M&A Associate

A company is looking for an Associate - Corporate / M&A - Joint ventures.

Key Responsibilities

Work alongside a leading Corporate / M&A partner on various transactions, including joint ventures

Represent buyers and sellers in middle market transactions valued between $50m and $1b

Advise founders and significant investors in transactions exceeding $1b

Required Qualifications and Education

4-8 years of experience in Corporate and M&A / joint ventures law at an AM Law 100 firm

Experience with a variety of transaction structures, including joint ventures

Commercially minded with a practical approach to deal-making

Experience in sectors such as Investment Management, Finance, Crypto, and fintech

Knowledge of Cyber security, data privacy, and Tax matters is a plus
