Analyst, Income Tax
Position Responsibilities May include :
- Tax Reporting : Assist with preparation of tax accounting calculations for DHAI consolidated financial statements. Prepare tax provision work papers, tax accruals forecast, reporting packages, and tax footnote. Analyze and reconcile deferred taxes roll up and maintain an accurate tax basis balance sheet.
- Tax Compliance : Prepare requests for all statutory and accounting information, prepare and / or review all US federal, state, and local corporate tax returns and ensure all corporate tax returns are filed within deadlines. May assist with preparation of foreign tax credit and dividend repatriation, R&D tax credit study, and U.S. manufacturing and other tax deductions.
- Tax Planning : Aid with tax research and planning for tax credits and incentives.
- Tax Audits & Queries : Assist with various corporate tax audits, gather and review information for document requests, research and analyze audit issues and disputes, and develop favorable tax positions to minimize tax liability for the Company.
- Transactional Analysis : Provide support for transfer pricing analyses and maintaining / updating documentation for annual benchmarking, R&D cost sharing and APA preparation, transactional tax analysis and special tax projects relating to business contracts, corporate reorganizations, and M&A due diligence.
- Process Innovation : Ensure tax department processes and procedures are followed. Identify potential process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of tax reporting and compliance.

Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal and state income tax laws and ASC 740.Experience with tax provision software (e.g., OneSource Tax Provision, Corptax) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred.Experience conducting tax research on complex issues and using tax research software (e.g. CCH, Checkpoint).Proficient in MS Office.Competency :

1 3 years of tax experience working in public accounting and / or MNC corporate tax department (manufacturing industry experience preferred).Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
