As part of our ICU / TCU team, you'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced 19-bed unit comprised of a 13-bed Intensive Care Unit and a 6-bed Transitional Care Unit (step-down). Our strong interdisciplinary teamwork and commitment to high-quality patient care make this an ideal environment for both experienced nurses and recent graduates. Must meet all state board requirements. Certifications : BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required within 30 days of hire ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – Required Additional unit-specific certifications as applicable Physical Requirements : Ability to lift / push / pull up to 50 pounds regularly Prolonged standing and walking required Must be able to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as part of regular duties Why Mercy?
