Shift : Night shift, 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM (12-hour shifts)

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1470 - $1570

ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required for Alabama travel nursing jobs)

Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience

Current ACLS and BLS certifications

Experience with Cerner EMR preferred

Permanent address must be 50+ miles from facility (travel nurse requirement)

ICU RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans

Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform advanced clinical nursing procedures

Ensure accurate and timely documentation using Cerner EMR

Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and families
