Job description

Sous Chef Responsibilities :

Assist the Chef overseeing the Cafe, including administrative duties
Ensure consistency in production and quality is met
Mentor and develop staff, including training
Works with Chef to implement changes in the kitchen

Sous Chef Requirements :

Culinary degree is a plus!

At least 3+ yrs in a high volume kitchen

Strong leadership skills including mentoring and development

Knowledgeable with systems, including POS and inventory systems

Spanish language is preferred

Sous Chef Compensation :
