Job description

Vice President of Operations - LHCSA

Located in Brooklyn, N Y

Salary : $150K - $200K

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7–10 years of senior healthcare operations leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience with LHCSA compliance and multi-site operations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the company CEO, the candidate will be responsible for all daily company operations across a multi-state area while assisting and supervising the field managers and company technologists.
  • The candidate will be responsible for helping the management team to develop a company strategic plan and executing the plan while working across departments to improve company profitability and productivity targets. Specifically setting goals and targets for the Operations team to achieve.
  • The candidate will direct the company call center to make sure it is properly trained and staffed to answer customer requests and orders throughout a 24 hour / 7-day operation.
  • The candidate will assist the Company Billing / Revenue Management team to make sure that the necessary information flow and documentation is available to bill and collect for the company’s services from all identified payers.
  • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Operations team and technologists follow all pertinent regulatory and quality assurance requirements for the diagnostic services delivered. All Federal and state licensing requirements are up to date and ready for any inspection.
  • The candidate will oversee the management of the company’s vehicle and equipment fleet to support the field technologists.
  • The candidate will participate in the development of an annual company budget and financial reporting providing operational insights to the Accounting and Finance team.
  • The candidate will assist the Field Sales and Account Management team to resolve quickly any service issues that the Field Sales team identifies and add rapidly address any customer inquiries and service issues.
  • Occasional overnight travel (20%) may be required throughout the course of the work week.
