Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 6+ years in claims compliance / regulatory industry

Strong knowledge of P&C insurance and regulatory frameworks

6+ years of leadership experience with proven coaching and development skills

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI

P&C Adjuster License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
