Responsibilities
- Acted as the primary HR contact, providing consistent guidance to employees and leaders
- Coordinated new hire orientations, compliance training, and ensured accurate documentation.
- Maintained personnel records, managed HRIS updates, and supported payroll, benefits, and timekeeping compliance
- Assisted with hiring processes and ensured adherence to California, Texas, and federal labor laws
- Supported employee engagement initiatives, HR audits, workforce planning, and special projects while staying current on HR best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is preferredAt least 3 years of experience in a generalist or administrative HR role, ideally within manufacturing or fabricationWell‑versed in California labor laws with solid grounding in HR compliance obligationsProficient in Microsoft Office with hands‑on experience using HRIS platformsAsk for : Aarti Manchanda
