The Global Head of Financial Management Technology will lead the strategy, modernization, and delivery of the technology platforms that power Prudential’s Financial Management (FM) function.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business objectives for finance, actuarial, risk and investment operations
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to modernize legacy systems and processes across FM functions
• Partner with Finance, Actuarial, and Investment Office leadership teams to identify opportunities for technology-enabled business improvements
• Drive innovation through emerging technologies including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, modeling and advanced analytics
• Establish technology roadmaps that balance operational stability with strategic evolution
