to join our community-based practice of Cardiologist, Interventional Cardiologist, Cardiology Fellows, a Vascular Surgeon, a Thoracic Surgeon, and APPs.

• QUALIFICATIONS
• Must meet criteria for medical staff credentials at UNC Health Southeastern.
• Education Requirements
• : Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.
• Licensure / Certification Requirements
• : Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant) in the state of North Carolina or eligible. Board certification if required by the Department.
• Professional Experience Requirements
• : APP experience preferred.
