The Inpatient Surgical Unit RN is responsible for providing high-quality care to surgical patients. This role involves critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills. Salary Range :
$30.69 per hour (2 years of experience)
$33.71 per hour (5 years of experience)
Up to $43.20 per hour (17+ years of experience)
Shift Differentials :
$4.25 for nights
$3.00 for weekends
Sign-On Bonus : $20,000

Requirements :
1 year of acute care RN experience (open to LTAC RN experience)Florida RN license or appropriate compact licensure (active FL RN license required within 90 days of hire if holding a compact license)Current BLS certificationGraduation from an accredited school of NursingNursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferredShift : Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Unit Beds : 45-bed surgical unit within the med-surg unit
Responsibilities :
