Job description

What youll do :

Design and execute the commercial strategy for North America
Build and lead a high-performing sales team across multiple states / provinces
Expand and strengthen our distributor and partner network
Drive new business opportunities with public agencies contractors and dealers.
Own and report on the sales forecast and performance to our global HQ.
Represent Vallfirest at key industry events trade shows and institutional meetings

What were looking for :

8 years in commercial leadership roles ideally with international B2B focus.

Proven experience leading sales teams and go-to-market strategies.

Strong background in channel development product launches and public sector sales.

Fluent in English (other languages a plus.

Strategic mindset data-driven decision making in matrix organizations.

Willingness to travel 60 80% across the US and Canada.

Preferred :

Bachelors degree (Business Engineering or Economics). MBA or Executive Master in Sales & Marketing is a big plus

Specialized training in Sales Leadership or Commercial Strategy

Experience with Salesforce HubSpot or other CRM tools
