A well-established company in the construction industry is seeking an? Office Manager? to oversee daily operations and foster a productive, organized work environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong leadership and communication skills. Working collaboratively, the new team member will enhance office efficiency by managing administrative functions, coordinating team activities, and supporting operational goals while ensuring compliance, budgeting effectively, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Salary + Additional Benefits :

60,000-$85,000

Type of Position : Direct Hire

Responsibilities :

Manage daily office operations, supply management, and vendor relations.

Serve as a central hub for internal communications, fostering team alignment and promoting effective collaboration.

Provide administrative support to leadership and staff, ensuring that everyone has the resources they need to excel.

Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to optimize office workflows and procedures.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols, HR policies, and operational standards.

Monitor and report on office expenses, supply inventory, and administrative budgets.

Requirements :

Experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative leadership role, with a proven track record of successful operations, supported by references

Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail, for fostering collaboration, resolving conflicts, and building team morale

A quick thinker with a knack for identifying issues and implementing creative, practical solutions

Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn professional-specific programs

An ability to inspire and direct team members while cultivating a culture of accountability and excellence

Experience in managing office budgets, overseeing expense reports, and negotiating vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective operations

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. Certification in office management, administrative leadership, or related fields is a plus

Familiarity with hiring processes, employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and processing payroll is preferred

Background in planning and executing office events, team-building activities, or community outreach programs

Knowledge of workplace safety standards, legal requirements, and industry best practices for maintaining a secure and compliant office environment
